近日，日本三得利旗下威士忌品牌“响”商标状态引热议。该商标2005年注册，2021年起多次遭“撤三”申请，三得利持续维权并胜诉。5月13日商标局网站显示“审查中”，次日恢复正常注册状态。专家称其注册成功或因年限久，律师提醒类似商标或涉侵权。
