近日，葡萄酒公司Duckhorn Portfolio（杜克霍恩）宣布与酒类巨头Brown-Forman（百富门）达成协议，以4亿美元（约合人民币28.57亿元）的价格收购霞多丽生产商Sonoma-Cutrer。
