喜力啤酒176亿收购Distell的交易获批

3月11日，凤凰网酒业获悉，喜力啤酒收购南非葡萄酒和烈酒生产商Distell Group Holdings的交易获得了南非反垄断监管部门的批准。喜力表示，股东选举预计将在两周内举行，收购交易预计将从4月开始实施。据悉，这笔交易价值24亿欧元（约合人民币176.98亿元），喜力将获得新公司65%的股权。
