9月4日，ST威龙发布公告称，公司于2020年9月4日收到中国证券监督管理委员会对公司的《调查通知书》（鲁证调查字[2020]39号），因公司涉嫌存在信息披露违法违规行为，证监会决定对公司立案调查。
